CHOCOLATE PUDDING

Ingredients:

2 pack jelly powder (white colour)
50 gram chocolate powder
500 gram sugar
1 liter milk
8 eggs (the white)

Steps:

Pour jelly powder, chocolate powder, sugar and milk into a sauce pan.
Whisk eggs (the white) with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Boil and whisk with a spoon until it is boiled.
Pour Jelly mixture into egg’s bowl
Stir Jelly and egg mixture until blended
Place egg mixture in a ring tin and let it be cold and compact
If it has been cold and compact, place it on a plate and it is ready to be served.
